Payments
1- We will receive your request for travel services in Cuba through the reservations system of our website or by e-mail. You will receive an automatic message acknowledging our receipt of your request.
2- One of our reservations specialists will be in charge of your request and will check for availability of the services. You will receive an e-mail confirming availability and prices of the services of such items as air tickets, hotel accommodation, airport transfer, car rental, tourist packages or other services. If any item is not available as requested we will suggest alternative but similar services.
3- Once you confirm your satisfaction with the reservation details, we will send you an invoice by e-mail. The invoice will include the payments procedures described below. The prices on the invoice will be in US dollars.
Important: An initial deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservations is required to confirm reservations completely (50% for Christmas and Holidays). This payment is due within 5 days of confirmed availability by email, phone or fax otherwise your request may be considered VOID.
The high season bookings (December 15th until January 09th, Easter, July 10 th until August 29 th and other dates of cultural or artistic events), should be made at the very least with 2 months in advance and in low season (rest of the year) is recommended to make your reserves with a month in advance.
All the payments are made in USD (American dollars) or the equivalent to the currency of the country where you live.
To make your payment we offer you the following options:
1.-Send the next information of your credit card VISA or Master Card (Number of the card, expiration date, name of the card owner) and we make the charge directly at our sale terminal point in our office.
2.-Through the online payment system “PayPal” , with your credit card (VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER or AMERICAN EXPRESS).
3.-If you live in the Mexican Republic or you are passing through, we also offer you the choice to deposit directly to our account in BBVA-BANCOMER (please specify that you want to pay your services through a bank deposit , to send you the information of our account by e-mail).
4.-After you make the payment, please send us an e-mail to info@viajaporcuba.com with the following information:
- Name of the person who made the Transfer
- The total amount of the Transfer
- The day when the transfer was made
Cancellations and refund Policies:
- We do not charge for changes in dates of the reserves in Hotels, Rooms, Excursions, Tours , etc (except in Air Tickets according to the conditions of each airline).
- VIAJA POR CUBA S.A DE C.V declines all responsibility for damages, wounds, accidents, delays and irregularities that happens to the passenger during the services.
We do not refund in the next cases:
- If you don’t arrive at the hotel, house or village that we booked for you.
- Once beginning the trip (packages of airplane + hotel, tours, excursions, car rental, etc.)
- If you don't stay the WHOLE time that you request at your reserve, for matters that doesn’t fall to Viaja por Cuba S.A de C.V or to our suppliers.
- We DON’T refund once the total or partial amount of the reserve has been paid, through charge to your card or by bank transfer.
- In all the cases in any season, there will be a cancellation charge of 50 usd, for communication and administration expenses.
