The Hotel Sol Cayo Santa Maria is located in Cayo Santa Maria, in the Bahia de Buenavista ecosystem, declared by UNESCO as a “Biosphere Reserve”; in a setting rich with endemic species protected by a beach of incomparable beauty, with more than ten kilometers of fine white sand and a sea of varying shades of blue.
The recently inaugurated Hotel Sol Cayo Santa Maria All Inclusive hotel is the place to interact with this wonderful paradise, with its spacious bungalows and facilities built on stilts, in order to preseve the natural environment rich in colorful shells, wild ducks and pink flamingos. There is room for guests for crave for peace and quiet and for those who prefer the varied entertainment program, because the hotel staff works to make you feel at home.
The hotel has 300 rooms, distributed in the following way: 29 two-floor modules having 8 rooms each, 6 one-floor modules having 4 rooms, and 21 modules having 2 rooms. Most of the rooms are standard, except 3 of them that are specially designed for physically disabled persons, 11 de luxe rooms with hydro-massage, facing the sea, and 2 suites with jacuzzi and living-room, facing the sea. Some of them have king size beds, while others have twin beds. Only a limited number of rooms has modem connection, and, in general, all of them include the following facilities:
