-Colon: This restaurant has a capacity for more than three times the crew that accompanied Columbus on his voyage to the new world. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will satisfy even the heartiest appetite with a gastronomic offer worthy of a king. - Galileo: The Galileo restaurant is located near the hotel swimming pool area, set in a natural surrounding of lush tropical vegetation. During the day, guests can also enjoy quick snacks and fast food. The restaurant re-opens at 23:00 with a nocturnal menu for clients who prefer a light meal. Reservation required.
- La Niña: A favorite among bathers and nautical sports worshipers, in other words, among those who do not wish to leave marvelous Esmeralda beach for an instant.
